Nicole accepts most Anthem BCBS and Aetna plans.

You can reach out to your insurance to determine if you have out-of-network benefits in which they may reimburse you. We can create an invoice, called a Superbill, for you to submit to your insurance.
If you do not have out-of-network benefits, ask about sliding scale options! We save a few spots for reduced fee clients.

This varies from person to person. In our initial few sessions we will explore your needs, wants, and goals for therapy to make sure this is a good fit for you. Ultimately, a positive foundation is created between the client (you!) and therapist before work is done. If you don’t feel comfortable with your therapist, therapy won’t benefit you. I strive to ensure the therapeutic relationship is strong!

Absolutely. Interns are therapists in training who have already completed extensive coursework before working with clients. They also receive regular supervision from licensed professionals to ensure they’re providing high-quality, ethical care. Even though they may seem new to the field, they are filled with passion and curiosity to ensure they provide clients with the best support possible.

Nope! We offer both in-person and virtual therapy.

Expressive arts use non-traditional avenues of therapy besides talking. This may include the use of painting, collage, music, dance, poetry, nature, journaling, etc. I understand that talking does not always come easy and other avenues can help you express yourself better.
